BRAND ACTIVATION & CREATOR TRIP
PROJECT AND EVENT BRIEF
The objective of The White Valley Co. brand activation and creator trip was to build brand awareness among B2B/trade publications and potential holidaymakers. This encompasses increasing coverage in trade publications, social content, increase bookings for the Winter season and enhancing brand visibility among the target audience.
The event was hosted over 4 days and 3 nights. It was fully catered and staffed, featured their Michelin-starred chefs to create a bespoke menu and offering to guests across 2 out of 3 chalets.
We had a special guest appearance by Amy Williams MBE during the welcome evening, delivering a talk and she also stayed for the full duration with her family. There was tw full days of skiing with optional lessons available. As well as various additional treats and activities provided throughout the duration of the trip.

The White Valley Co. offered 5 star full service luxury chalets as well as,distinguished in-chalet Michelin star chefs, as well as exceptional ski experiences in Morzine. They were committed to delivering high-quality, memorable luxury winter holidays for individual, couples and families.
We wanted to emphasise the exclusivity and luxury that The White Valley Co. experience offered. To reinforce the brand reputation and showcase the stunning landscape and activities on offer.

To enhanced the trip, we tapped into our network to provide PR gift boxes and accessories with brands KMS haircare Carmax, Marula Beauty Oil, Neon and Elemis. We also partnered with brands Sweaty Betty, Husky Wear and Winter International to deck out our guests and hosts.
